Call for Artists
Attention all Artists!
ArtHaus Foundation and VanGo Mobile Museum are seeking artists to participate in VanGo's 2011-2012 exhibits. VanGo is the mobile component of ArtHaus programming which brings a free museum field trip experience to schools and community groups in Volusia, Orange, Brevard and Seminole counties. VanGo provides educational, interactive exhibits featuring original, regional art that is linked to world art and culture.
How you can participate.
There is no "Go" in VanGo without original art to educate and inspire. Artists LOAN their work for the duration of the exhibit. The art is insured, handled and secured by VanGo's Teaching Artist, Sandy Fraser. All you need to do is choose the exhibit(s) you wish to participate in and contact Ms. Fraser. Pick-up and delivery are arranged at your convenience. VanGo accepts 2D work (no larger than 36"x36") and 3D work (no more than 25lbs.) All media is welcome.

It makes us see."Artists who participate in VanGo have the satisfaction of knowing that they are awakening creative learning and providing unique opportunities for children who attend low-income schools. ArtHaus will host an exhibit in Summer 2012 showcasing your artwork and you will receive updates on additional exhibition opportunities throughout the year. Links to your website will be posted on VanGo's and ArtHaus' websites and on Facebook.

- February 6 - March 29 "They Call Me Mellow Yellow: Color, Science and Symbolism"
- April 2 - May 31 "Move it on Over: Rhythm and Movement in Art"
- June 7 - July 23 "The Eye of the Tiger: Animals and Art"
